Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. During periods of high demand or limited releases, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its progress.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and overall demand. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure a smooth and timely experience, delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery where required.
Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier. Mums Money is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
